Culture Change
Luke’s track record of implementing large-scale change initiatives adds fresh insights to our culture change and employee engagement and enablement work. This will aid our work in offering alternatives to Rapid Mass Engagement where such a radical approach does not fit particular clients’ needs.
Return On Investment Examples
1. Increased productivity (increased output) – Productivity Improvement of 21% (145 million litres to 175 million litres) on a UK Manufacturing facility through implementing effective performance management process. People own their areas, drive the improvements and are rewarded for this, driving more inner-directed contributions. This also removed 21,000kg of CO2 from the supply chain.
2. Lower Employee Relations (ER) cases (lower investigation cost). A previous client had 92 ER per year. Having an effective performance management process drove engagement on the desired expectations set, as people knew what was expected of them, resulting in reducing the ER cases to 28, saving £96k.
3. Lower absence (lower cost) – Through using bespoke elements of the Rapid Mass Engagement approach to fit a client’s needs, a factory reduced its absenteeism to 3% from over 6%, resulting in over £1.5 million saved in absence costs.
